Timothy is the Leader Physiotherapist at ProMelius and a Chartered Physiotherapist, bringing exceptional clinical expertise, global experience, and a people-first approach to allied health care. He graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick in 2016 and began his career in private practice in Cork, Ireland.
As a Chartered Physiotherapist, Timothy upholds the highest standards of professional and ethical care, with formal recognition from a leading professional body. This designation reflects his commitment to lifelong learning, clinical excellence, and evidence-based practice — all of which he brings to his leadership role at ProMelius.
With a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, Timothy has spent years treating a broad range of conditions, with particular interest in sports injury prevention, performance enhancement, and return-to-play strategies. He has worked with athletes across rugby union, hurling, and Gaelic football, gaining valuable expertise in both acute and chronic injury management.
In 2024, Timothy relocated to Australia to broaden his clinical scope and bring his leadership to the ProMelius team. In his current role, he not only delivers high-quality physiotherapy care but also mentors junior clinicians, leads clinical quality improvement, and helps maintain best-practice standards across the Hervey Bay and Maryborough regions.
Timothy’s approach is grounded in the belief that exercise is medicine. He works collaboratively with each client to tailor active, functional rehab plans that support long-term recovery and better movement for life.
Known for his calm presence, clinical precision, and passion for helping others, Timothy continues to elevate the allied health experience at ProMelius — delivering care that is both world-class and deeply personal.
