ProMelius is happy to provide Medicare service to clients under the Chronic Disease Management program, formerly known as Enhanced Primary Care. CDM and EPC referrals for physiotherapy are written by your doctor, entitling you to a number of Medicare-subsidised appointments every year.

Under this program, eligible people can receive up to five treatments each year. We are also an official provider for NDIS treatment plans, including services in hydrotherapy.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

We accept gold card and white card DVA patients and bill the department directly for your treatment. You will just need to bring in a current D904 referral from your GP.

Ask your GP if you are eligible for a referral.

HICAPS
