Senior Physiotherapist

Aashish is a highly experienced Senior Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist, bringing over 13 years of clinical expertise across hospitals, private clinics, and home-based care environments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours, with advanced training and research in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation.

Aashish has held several distinguished roles throughout his career. He served as a guest lecturer for the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and worked as the official physiotherapist for Gujarat’s state-level Kabaddi team, offering performance-focused care to elite athletes. He also worked as a Senior Therapist at Western District Physiotherapy, where he led complex rehabilitation programs for both acute and chronic injuries.

He is currently active with GLA:D® Australia, contributing to cutting-edge rehabilitation for hip and knee osteoarthritis. He has recently completed the GLA:D Back program, further enhancing his expertise in spinal care and conservative injury management.

Aashish is also a published researcher, having authored a study comparing eccentric versus concentric rehabilitation techniques for ACL injuries in junior football players — a testament to his commitment to evidence-based care.

His treatment philosophy centres on individualised rehabilitation with a strong focus on muscle strength, conditioning, and long-term injury prevention. He believes that successful outcomes stem from empowering patients through structured, science-backed therapy.

Outside the clinic, Aashish leads an active lifestyle, regularly participating in competitive cricket tournaments, and indulging his curiosity in quantum physics and science literature.
