Physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy. Allan is also pursuing his Specialisation in Paediatric Physiotherapy. He is a registered Practitioner for Dynamic Movement Intervention; Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) is a therapeutic technique used to treat children with motor delay by improving automatic postural responses and promoting progress towards developmental milestones. The goal of DMI is to provoke a specified active motor response from the child in response to defined dynamic exercises prescribed by the therapist. He is the only practitioner between Townsville to Brisbane to offer DMI Therapy.

Allan's impressive list of qualifications includes completing the Task-Specific Electrical Stimulation course (Tasses) through Judy Carmick and Paediatric Gait and Running Analysis and Retraining through the Australian Physiotherapy Association. He is also an esteemed member of the Queensland Paediatric Physiotherapy Clinical Network, the External Advisor Committee of Sunshine Coast University, and the Australian Neuromuscular Network.

Throughout his illustrious career, Allan has held prestigious positions, such as the Head Physiotherapist for the Indian Basketball team under the Basketball Federation of India, where he represented India in the Asian Basketball Championship at Doha, Qatar. He has also provided physiotherapy services for the National Boxing and Archery teams.

More recently, Allan has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist with Entirely Health (formerly CQ Physio Group), managing their Blackwater, QLD clinic, and as an Allied Health Consultant for Thesis Mining, Coronado Curragh, and Yarrabe Yancoal mines. His broad experience encompasses sporting injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, NDIS client care, and more.
